Del Mar Racetrack's 69th Season Livens up Del Mar's Rental Market
Del Mar Racetrack's 69th Season Livens up Del Mar's Rental Market
July 16th kicked off the 69th season of the
Del Mar Races with an opening day filled with the same amount of
pizzazz and extravagancy as always. Del Mar, buzzing with the race
track vibes, is now filled with all the usual pomp and pageantry
spectators expect when they go "Where the Turf Meets the Surf."
An ideal time for locals to head out of town, however, or put their
second home to use, as the value of San Diego rentals, specifically
ocean front Del Mar homes, more than double in value when out of
towners come to Del Mar for racetrack enjoyment. Ocean front Del Mar
rentals are ideal for any and all racetrack attendees as they offer a
great beach location while being five minutes or less away from
the Del Mar Racetrack.
Consider the value of owning a ocean front Del Mar home to rent out for race season, and enjoy the races!
